Ur amazing and I love that ur honest and real about it because the reality that even thou u have stopped doesn’t mean that you dont have a pop up thought now and then 😐 U give everyone hope and inspiration who are on their journey of sobriety including me 😃 I had my first holiday for one week in Cyprus with no alcohol and it was hard but I’m glad I didn’t go bk near it cause the old me would of used a holiday for an excuse and I new were that would lead me 🥺 I had an amazing wee holiday and felt great for it 🥰 x

Riding the wave. It’s hard but it’s how I get through it. One minute at a time. Then an hour at a time. And day by day. I choose the pros and cons as well. Changing your environment. It’s great. It’s so hard but this is the better choice.
