I learned I didn't need grease on my scalp if I washed it twice a week or so. My wash routine cleared the flakes right up.

Thankyou for normalizing that not all hair is the same, EVEN if you have the same hair type. My scalp used to be so dry. Dandruff literally caked on there in between wash days and I did once a week, still caked up. The only thing that had completely CURED it was greasing my scalp. I don’t get dandruff at all in anymore in between wash days. It’s actually amazing.
