No, he's dishonest and has no character about himself. However, I must admit though, the toll fees are rather overly expensive and are still on the rise. I drive a Class 2 vehicle and it costs $10,000.00 back and forth from Caymanas to Mammee Bay So, maybe we need to take a page out his book one day.
