Actually, it would actually be a pragmatic choice to accept Pax Silica deal albeit with heavy oversight and supervision. (Neo-Imperialism). Overall Pax Silica is an extremely valuable construction deal economically and politically whilst PH government is currently addressing the environmental, resource, and sovereignty issues as we speak.
