Great officer and I have had plenty terrible experiences with police but this one seems fair and seems to care about trying to find the parents help and giving them a chance for their daughter

Y'all doing the most. The child left out of the house on her own volition and it may or may not be the first time she did it. Because kids definitely just wake up with new motor skills every other day. I know it's unfortunate but what do you want a sleeping parent to do?? Then he said it's not like she was just downstairs she was blocks away..........how do you expect me to control how far she went lol 🤣
