Why are these comments so stupid? The woman is obviously having a mental breakdown and going crazy. She has a knife and intended to chase and attack the officer, the partner of the other officer fired his weapon to stop the woman. A taser wouldn’t do anything to someone if they are acting like that. The adrenaline rush is gonna stop the taser from working, that’s why they shot her
