Incidentally, during his tenure, there were zero days when her predecessor, Ishiba, was reported in the newspapers as having “spent the entire day at the official residence.” The reason she is being criticized is not because she is taking time off, but because she lied about “working hard.” Furthermore, housework is not a job that a prime minister should be doing. Incidentally, her husband revealed in a weekly magazine that her claim that she “does housework” was a lie.
