This is the absolute truth, no doubt. But flip the coin and be on the other side.Honestly, you'll pay same to your employees or even less based on your ROI. We all wish and pray for the better with regards to our income as employees. But can we discuss why these meagre salaries instead of always calling out the employers only all the time? After the maths on your income, do same on their investments and the returns on the said investments. Some would love to pay well and even pay your rents. But can they afford to?

I give her minimum GHC 4,000, especially when I have more bills to pay for that month. She works too. Yes. Old 40 million Cedis every month. Minimum ooo... But normally is GHC 5,000 every month for her upkeep. But I can feel or she will make it feel she is not happy or satisfied with it. Anyway, please don't come attacking me. I am paid very well to afford what I give her without it affecting my finances. But it hurts to be with a girl who doesn't appreciate all that; and especially who will be flirting with others too.
