Très mauvaise expérience avec Trip.com. Ma sœur avait réservé et payé un bagage en soute directement sur votre site. À l’aéroport, surprise : aucun bagage enregistré auprès de la compagnie aérienne. Elle a donc dû repayer son bagage, plus cher, sur place. Votre service client affirme que la réservation a bien été faite, mais refuse ou est incapable de fournir une preuve de transmission à la compagnie aérienne et la renvoie simplement vers celle-ci. Le bagage a pourtant bien été payé à Trip.com. Nous attendons toujours une vraie réponse et une solution ! @Trip.com

do not use trip.com book it yourself when you show up to the hotel and are kept awake all night by screaming and running up and down the halls they won't help you infact they won't do anything. useless company
