@yourlilcook: A highly requested shak daal recipe- Dim palong shaak diye daal- Ingredients: Moong daal 1.5 cup soaked 30min 200g of spinach 3 boiled eggs 1 large tomato diced 1 medium sliced onions 1 whole medium garlic sliced Salt to taste 1/2tsp turmeric powder 1/2tsp chilli powder 1/2tsp Chilli flakes Cooking method: boil the soaked lentils until softened with 2 cups of water, tomatoes, salt and turmeric. In a separate pan add some oil for Bagar. Add sliced onions, garlic and eggs, add salt and chilli powder and flakes and fry till golden. Add spinach in the cooked lentils and add the onion garlic Bagar to it. Mix well and bring to another boil. Serve hot with rice and lemon slices’ 🙏
