Yeah, dry pour is totally controversial because when you get the concrete wet, some of it does not get wet. The top of it will get wet. Some of the middle might get wet but down at the bottom doesn’t get wet and it’s not a very good way to do concrete it won’t last and no rebar that gives extra added strength
