I got a feeling this botched timeline led to Captian Hydra. Think about it, in this timeline when endgame cap said "Hail Hydra" to get the scepter everyone in that elevator looked very relaxed. After hulk busts through the doors and crashing out because of the stairs and Tony drops the tesseract which led to Loki stealing it, all of the events in that timeline created a nexus event which led to the Loki series. If you dig deeper if we follow this logic that means that those Hydra men who were posing as Shield wouldn't have died or gotten arrested (it's been a minute since if seen Avengers) so they still think Cap is on there side, so what if they brainwashed him like they did with bucky after the events of Avengers in this botched timeline which would lead to Captian Hydra.
