the 2nd answer can absolutely back fire if the right question is asked when checking employment references. There is a million ways to impart knowledge without saying the wrong things. The right question of the wrong employer...that amswer can blow up.

Learning how to lie for work, was something that I had to learn about the real world. I was so naive in my 20s. Be honest with your loved ones, but you don't have to be honest to Companies who don't care about you and about honesty. Remember Companies lie too. They will not reveal the truth about the toxicity of the Company culture. It was not easy to learn how to be able to tell white lies at job interviews. Yup, always say you see yourself being at the company for next 5 years and growing and learning with the Company.
