This is not the first but 3rd time this has occurred with this same influencer We supplied products and services worth £920 under a content collaboration agreement. The products were delivered, but the agreed content was never received. Despite giving the other party many opportunities over an extended period to resolve the matter and issuing an invoice for the value of the goods and services, the issue remains unresolved. For small businesses, collaborations aren't "free products." They're investments. Every bundle, every service, every hour of work comes at a real cost. When agreements aren't honoured, it's not just inventory that's lost—it's time, income, and opportunities that can't be replaced. If you're a small business, make sure you: * Have a written agreement. * Keep records of all communications. * Set clear deadlines and expectations. * Don't be afraid to invoice if a contract isn't fulfilled.
