But i am a manager. So, as a manager working closely with the partner and shareholders, navigating those relationships can be confusing. I'm not one to pretend, but it often feels like you constantly have to smile at everything they say and laugh at their jokes whether they're actually funny or not just to keep them happy, because the moment you don't, you start worrying they might look for a reason to replace you.

Roman Gudissa :
I don’t see disagreement as an argument. As a manager, if someone brings a different idea, I take it as an opportunity for unity and growth. People often see things from different angles, and if their perspective benefits the company, I’m absolutely open to it.
I also don’t view disagreement as complaining. If someone doesn’t agree with something, I take it as a chance for communication and improvement. Honest feedback helps us reach the best possible results, and I encourage my team to speak up so we can make informed decisions together.
In about 5 years corporate America will be gutted, I bet. AI will literally suck all those roles. I called FedEx today and the agentic AI they have was so smooth. It was a satisfying experience.
