If he has the same origin as in comics (or at least he important parts from his origin) Dr Doom uses witchcraft since his mother was a witch who died when he was young and he learnt the same type of magic to save his mother’s soul from Mephisto. Also runes are used in Norse mythology, so it’s not exclusive to witchcraft

Also the comic when doom takes Wanda’s powers is set after house of M and in the mcu house of M is Wandavision meaning it’s all set up perfectly for wanda to come back and be held by doom

I don't think people actually know who Dr Doom is... he's a sorcerer that uses magic and tech.. with any amount of prep time he can solo almost every single being in the MCU if given enough prep time.
