interessant... bin auch in Südamerika aufgewachsen und hätte fast Geschichte studiert. Kenne mich wohl mit peruanischer Geschichte besser aus als mit deutscher und europäischer... Interessant der Vergleich der "Mittelalter".... aber kann man das vergleichen? und ja, die Römer waren schon so fortschrittlich, hatten Zement, trennten Wasser und Abwasser ... übrigens die Mauren auch. dieses Wissen (Algebra, Aljedrez, Arroz, Azúcar) brachten die Spanier nach Südamerika

Hiiii! That’s such a great take, because it’s completely right when we’re talking about western civilization which is majorly and heavily influenced and constructed by Christianity in these two thousand years. By its eschatological view in the existence that is a project of god and that has its aim, its end and its perfection, its sens, in a way. I’m talking as a PhD student that studies medieval history and history of Christianity. And it was also heavily influenced by the Darwinist theory that was largely misinterpreted resulting in the “evolutionism” being applied to any branches of science or areas of human life. But actually it’s being criticized in many, on the scientific community.
