Very tragic. They’re not saying if the woman or driver went though a red light or any other details about the crash. But scooters and cyclists are notorious for running red lights and speeding. They are taking such high risk for what, getting somewhere a few minutes faster. People riding scooters and bike might wear a helmet but often don’t and have absolutely no protectection in the event of a crash. In a crash, you can’t win against a car or truck. Slow down and obey all traffac laws, it may just save your life.
