As a seamstress if you steam or press the boning you should be able to get rid of that line…as long as the boning isn’t broken/snaped it will reshape it 😉

ALL corsets I own do exactly that, it’s so annoying bc it’s one wear only bc the boning ruins it (obv on your wedding day is fine)

I saw someone who had this style dress have the skirt waist removed then wore the corset top with a cute skirt/trousers every year for their wedding anniversary’s
