As someone who has a bachelors in art, projecting your own artwork on a blown up surface is literally taught in school 😅😅 this is not cheating, it is working smarter not harder

So ifI drew for fun in my iPad then later decided to move the print on transfer paper then onto a t shirt to bleach paint it is that cheating? Cause yall just sound silly calling image transfer cheating, don’t be mad at glasses and projectors ,bc u prefer the square method or classic grid method

NOT CHEATING. It is a tool. I paint on huge canvases but I plan before I paint. I made a grid on my canvas and draw my picture using the grid method. It takes me hours. Instead of doing that I would love a VR or projector. It’s still my design but on a bigger scale

You realize that most artists have sketches done out before hand right? And then to make something bigger for smaller you need to scale it and that’s done by using graph paper? It’s not much different besides it being easier or faster to do

honestly I support the tracing from a projection in the goggles as long as it's your own work . Regular projectors are a pain and this makes it easier in real time and helps with scaling which some people aren't naturally adept to

Some of these comments pmo, she’s literally using a tool to upscale her art that SHE DREW before already, and is just using it as a stencil. This is not cheating whatsoever there’s so many methods of upscaling art whether it’s using projector, squares, or even VR apps that are made specifically for this. People just love to throw around these words not knowing a darn thing about it 😭
