not me buying a stove with a scrape on the side that faces the cabinets and a dryer with a small dent in the back.... both name brand but heavily discounted because of imperfections 🤣🤣 used the money i saved to get the matching washer brand new. like when did bargain shopping go out of style? id rather spend my money where it counts than try to keep up a front to people who won't ever see the inside of my house 🤣

No matter what your reason was for your decision, it doesn’t change any part of the story and how they wronged you. If you’d bought all new, they would have likely ALL been damaged in the accident and then you’d been facing the same fight but for more appliances. I don’t understand people’s thought processes. They were wrong and you’re fighting for what is right. Pretty simple.
