@_themostknownunknown_: During Joseph Zieler’s 2023 sentencing hearing, the convicted killer caused another disturbance when he suddenly struck his own defense attorney with an elbow just moments before the judge imposed his sentence. Court deputies immediately intervened and restrained him as the incident unfolded in front of the victims’ families and others in the courtroom. The outburst followed a trial marked by repeated disruptive behavior. Zieler had been found guilty of the 1990 murders of 11-year-old Robin Cornell and 32-year-old Lisa Story. Investigators solved the decades-old cold case after DNA evidence linked him to the crimes more than 26 years later. Despite the courtroom disruption, the sentencing proceeded. The judge sentenced Zieler to death after the jury recommended the penalty by a 10–2 vote. In 2026, the convictions and death sentences were upheld on appeal, bringing another chapter of the long-running case to a close. Each video we post gets darker than the last. Follow for more ☠️🕊️
