5 months ago i didn’t think id get approved for my second apartment or a car because of my credit…. now in my new crib in a new city, just got a car… the money will come in Jesus name! them approvals was all i needed!!!

That’s what i did with my car. Always have had cash cars or paid off cars. I already struggled without a note, but i needed a new car. Took the car I WANTED off the lot $500 car note (im very young and no credit). And I’ve been figuring it tf out!😂 New apartment next month and im figure that out too! God got me baby.

I make $31/hr. Income requirements for me are 3x the rent. For a 1b1b apartment, I could not qualify on my salary alone. It was $1920/month. had to cash out vacation time in order to qualify. I can afford the rent without a doubt, my current apartment is $2400. But apparently my income isn’t enough to qualify.

Nope, God always has a plan. I applied for an apartment right behind where I work. They told me the waitlist was six months to a year. My parents are planning on moving me back home for the time being less than a week later I got a call that a one bedroom apartment became available. I immediately accepted. I moved in my rent is 1035 a month plus electricity. I’ve started walking to work a lot to save gas. God always has a plan. 💛

it’s possible. i had a 720 credit score and all banks denied me getting a car besides capital 1 at 18%. the banks make it harder to get things. if you don’t have pay down money and don’t have good credit and job it’s way harder. but definitely get something u can afford

yesss listen to her i turned 21 in March and moved in my Apartment a week later with a car note and all i didn’t think it was possible i don’t have it all figured out but im definitely thriving and figuring it out as i go it’s definitely bittersweet and so worth it watching yourself grow into someone you never thought you could be. it brings out a whole new side of you , i literally quit my job a week ago😭 , left a relationship that was holding me back and my mama house so it’s been an emotional and overwhelming roller coaster but im soooo excited to see what more life has in store for me.
