If your hair is greasy as soon as you’re done blow drying, you didn’t wash your hair all the way. Idk why some people don’t understand you have to keep washing it until it’s clean. Even if that takes 3 rounds of shampoo. When you wash a frying pan, rinse it, and notice there’s still some grease on it, do you just stick it on the drying rack? No, you wash it again. Same for your hair, wash until it’s clean.

she probably isn't using a shampoo that breaks down the oils in her hair and scalp. been there. it sucks 😅 im using a scalp cleanser/exfoliator once a week and a scalp detox once every two weeks to help my oily hair, it helps a lot! when I don't have time to fully wash it I use micellar water with a cotton disc to clean my roots, works wonders for me!

My daughter had this problem. I mixed apple cider vinegar with water, applied it to the scalp, and left it for 10 minutes. Rinse it. It worked!!

The T/Sal shampoo was my holy grail it made my scalp like STAW it dried it OUT but now it feels wayyy to oily I feel like the shampoo lost its magic and im so sad

I can go like a month without shampooing my hair and still no oil. Hell, I put coconut oil in my hair after every shower and can condition my roots and still no oil at the roots

it's bc they think training your hair doesn't work. it's not an overnight process. i used to have to wash my hair daily now i go 1-2 weeks w out washing it. took me a couple years to do but it worked. yall gotta stop washing your hair daily

It is genetics too. I can wash with anything, lather my head in cream and my hair will still be dry for a week

my hair used to get greasy after 2 days but then I started using a hair volume spray before blow drying my hair and now I can go for like a week without it being greasy plus its more fluffy and have more volume

Theres a type of fungus that grows on hair , one of its symptoms is getting a patch of grease on top of the scalp as soon as you leave the shower , betadine rinse saved me

I used to have a dry scalp and then my hair was recently washed in the salon with a strong detox shampoo. Now my hair all of a sudden gets oily really easily like within 24 hours of washing when I used to be able to last a week till wash day. Any help? I don’t know if it’s just my dry scalp that’s desperately overcompensating?
