Ngl this is generally a good way to gage age in minors but you lost me when you said 14 and 15 can’t look grown! The guys on my high school football team had full beards and receding hairlines and we had freshman girls full figured wearing high heels bell button pierced tongue pierced wearing thongs and mini skirts!! I know for sure they were getting into adult clubs at that age!!!! Idk where you from but in Florida you see teenagers passing for adults all time, they fool the liquor store the clubs everything!

The fact that he was a special ed student with an intellectual disabilities. the average twenty year old wouldn't have been fooled. but because he had a intellectual disability makes it plausible.
