Melissa :
I feel stores should not allow resellers to come in and buy in bulk.

Yesterday someone bought every NeeDoh at a store here for $2800 and they let them. It's a whole new low taking kids toys!

If buyers would get smart and stop buying them from resellers it would shut that down. Unfortunately the need to get online and say "look what I found" or "I got one of those" in a kind of keeping up with the Jones' on steroids way is creating the reseller platform. We dont buy from them, no $$ in it for them, they stop 😤 🤔😉😁

I feel bad for saying it, but I'm gonna! "I hope they sit on all of the inventory they hoard and upsell" 😒

It’s like the Rae Dunn era, the hello kitty crazies, the trader joe bags…😳 go on marketplace bet you find it all for sale there. Resellers are the worst, they are also so rude and not friendly when people are in the store to shop they don’t offer to share or anything.

But it is the stores fault to an extent. They shouldn’t allow people to buy more than 2 or so of the same item. They allow them to buy bulk. So it’s their fault too.

I mean this with respect. Things are worth what someone is willing to pay for them. To reduce waste and combat capitalism we have to make changes. Resellers aren't doing all this to reduce waste. Some are, some are trying to lazily join the capitalists. The change i refer to is to consistently put back quality items into our markets. Replace trashy plastics and reduce consumerism. "7 trips to Marshall's a week is consumerism" is my argument when people blame resellers.

Stores should be the ones to stop this. They shouldn’t allow someone to buy so many items before they even hit the floor.

I shared this video to all my stories. It’s so disheartening! Same thing happens to me. I live 30 minutes away. Resellers beat me everytime. Or they call. It takes the fun out of it

I agree with you. As long as people will give them those prices it won’t get better. People should stop paying those ridiculous prices for things that won’t be worth the price years down the road.
