@survivethrivemoney: Things I refuse to spend money on as an 31 year old who is trying to build wealth. 1. Meme stocks I’d rather invest that money into something stable than gamble on something just because everyone else is. 💰 I research everything on Finvest first. 2. Eating out all the time It adds up way more than people think. 💰 Small daily habits are what drain your money. 3. Subscriptions I don’t use If I’m not using it consistently, it’s gone. 💰 What you ignore is what costs you. 4. Trendy clothes I won’t wear in a few months If it doesn’t last, it’s not worth it. 💰 Trends are temporary, your money isn’t. 5. Last minute trips with no plan I travel, but I plan it so I can actually enjoy it. 💰 Spontaneity is expensive. 6. Upgrading things that already work Just because there’s a newer version doesn’t mean I need it. 💰 New doesn’t always mean necessary. 7. Paying for conveniance Delivery, fees, shortcuts… it adds up fast. 💰 Convenience should be occasional, not a habit. 8. Buying things out of boredom If I’m bored, I change my environment… not my spending. 💰 Emotions shouldn’t control your money. 9. Keeping up with other people’s lifestyles Not everyone you see is building wealth. 💰 Comparison is expensive.
