I’m so sorry sis. You’re right, continuity of care should matter more. Yes, the administration has access to your chart bc they review it for charges and stuff. Hopefully you can get in. If I lived closer I’d help. Have you applied for Medicaid? 🙏🙏💜💜

I feel like it’s a HIPPA violation. The admin should not have access to my story or my chart. I’m jumping to conclusions. This might go in my favor and I might just be overreacting, but I don’t think so.

If you can find someone in the next few days to sit with Jerry, you can call the pharmacy and ask for an emergency refill for a few days. I use Walmart pharmacy and their pharmacist is great and has done it a few times for me. Maybe at least until you find someone to come sit with him? Explain to the pharmacist, esoecially if it's heart medication or medication that has withdrawals or medication you can't just come off of without weaning down. They'll typically give an emergency refill.
