I live in a small town in NB and our local mom and pop grocery store had to close due to landslide. They can’t open anywhere in town because of the property practices.

I hope this opens up small retailers selling produce next door to Sobeys. Sobeys is heavy on American produce. If a small scale retailer opens up and sells anything but American they will make $$$$$$
