Okay, so… transphobia is absolutely a real thing. It’s like if people just used “xenophobia” instead of racism. You aren’t scared of them, but you discriminate against them by how they identify and who they are. Also, you see transition this way because you, for lack of a better phrase, shouldn’t have transitioned. You still identify as female, you just took those 7 years figuring out what worked for you. You found out that you wanted to remain cis, so that’s why it feels like you’ve harmed yourself. People transition due to things like gender dysphoria and other outside factors and it, if they were correct in doing so, almost always helps them live a better and happier life. Transitioning has lessened depression in individuals and overall helps keep the suicide rates down. Because it didn’t work for you, that doesn’t mean you can take it from people who do and could benefit from it
