A year ago today, I did this dance in the gym for the very first time. To everyone else, it was just a dance. To me, it was the day I stopped giving a fuck. It was the day I quit asking for permission to be myself. The day I fell in love with who I am instead of chasing who everyone else wanted me to be. One year later... I'm happier. I'm healthier. I'm freer than I've ever been. Some of y'all still make videos. Still send them to your friends. Still laugh. Still have something to say. Good. Because while you're busy talking about my life... I'm busy living the hell out of mine. So if you've got an opinion, that's cool. But respectfully... Shut the fuck up. I'm not here to impress you. I'm not here to fit into the box you built for me. I'm here to love myself without apology. And if that bothers you, that's your burden to carry—not mine. Maybe someone out there needs to see a grown man dancing without shame. Maybe they need permission to stop hiding. To stop shrinking. To stop living for likes, approval, or fear. If me looking ridiculous helps one person finally start loving themselves...
