@neurodivergentnotes: This is what has/hasn’t worked for me personally, everyone is different. 😊I could easily make probably five more parts to this if anyone is interested. I have the cards and breathing buddy in my showcase if you are interested in trying the same ones I have. #fibromyalgia #chronicillness #somatichealing #chronicpain #nervoussystemhealing
I had a fibromyalgia diagnosis, but then my daughter got diagnosed with hEDS, and I realized was what was indirectly resulting in my pain and exhaustion. It's not that I *don't* have a hyperactive nervous system, but that's not the only reason my body hurts. It's also:
- Abnormal immune system activation
- Tense muscles trying to make up for lax connective tissue
- My body having poor proprioception due to lax connective tissue (which is everywhere in your body), and my nervous system getting stuck in fight or flight due to the resulting excessive input.
All those same things can be helpful regardless though!! They just only help *some* instead of fixing the whole issue.

Have you looked into POTs for your tachycardia? It’s a high comorbidity with neurodiversity.

EFT Tapping, CBDV, Magnesium Chlorinate bath, breath work, meditation, I’ve spent a year doing these, nervous system regulation is difficult but you can do it

Why do I want to buy everything you suggest?!! Have you tried WATER and electrolytes? If I do not get a certain amount of water (usually a gallon) I will have GIANT flares

Spend more time in nature. Move your body as much as possible. Walk all the time. Change your diet, clean it up if it isn’t. Whole Foods. Protein. As little eating out as possible. ( I also had some ptsd from a 14 year abusive relationship). Just some ideas!!!

hey there, I saw a video on here from a functional Dr that asked the patient about all injuries acquired in her life time and it turns out when she gave birth she tore and on the scar tissue was a bacteria or fungus, can't remember which that caused her fibro and when that was removed her life changes after almost 30 years...might be worth looking into? good luck girly!
