for context: the main villain of ground zeroes drops badges of the xof unit out of a chopper and one of them falls into snakes pack. rolling a bunch triggers this cutscene and its just a side mission for collectibles. depending on what version of the game you have, completing it unlocks 1 or 2 side missions and gives you an achievement
