I have a theory that when Pentecost says “last of the t90s” for Cherno, he means that the Russians decided to scrap their t90 MBTs and use their armor for Cherno alphas construction, as it is a heavy and heavily armored jeager

Can you over analyze the clip when Cherno alpha open its fists up a closes them getting ready to fight I think there might be some cool stuff to fund

no one talk about the explosion from striker eureka self destruct scene where the explosion is so strong that the water inside the ocean just got push away by the impact of it for a few second

my favourite is the scene where gypsy makes it to Alaska and when Raleigh gets out he has the same injurys as gypsy

Another thing worth bringing up is how Raleigh moves in the opening scene vs later fights. He's able to move more fluid later in because gypsy can, vs early on where him and his brother even stepped rigidly.

I like how any little movement gypsy makes, theres like 15 parts moving inside it and the mechanical whirl

One of the best VFX scenes in my opinion is the explosion that follows Striker Eureka blowing up, the explosion itself actually has weight and you feel the shockwave, followed up by the water collapsing inward again

The main difference is strikes mechanics are all internal so you don’t really see the shock absorption in a sense other than that striker lands way softer due to its advanced shock absorbers where as Gypsy is and has the ar of its shock absorber visible externally

I don't know what it is about the scene just before this when gypsy and striker drop into the ocean and gypsy's shoulder pads just move up and down so rigid and mechanically... just itches my brain😌

And being a Jaeger with Mark 4 upgrades, it's clear that the Mark 3s had their essence of being obsolete.

It was even crazier to see Striker landed so swiftly while her proportion was much more Inverted-Triangle compare to gipsy which meant the legs had to put up even more works

I don't know if anyone said it already, but could you bring the scene where Striker rushes in the direction of Cherno? That and the scene in the sequence where she lifts and toss Otachi around, pls ? I think those are the top depictions of her true power and agility, showing why she's above the other Marks and in her very own league.

when strikers knee Shaked it was the detail that showed how the knee area mitigates enertia with any it having to parts that brace to lock up meaning its made to take landing impacts like a normal human leg would very detailed, that's what I loved more about the first movie 🍿

Also how each Jaeger has their manner of moving, like how Striker spreads as if he's taunting an enemy to hit him

I saw from a yt vid before that you can hear the hydraulics on Striker's legs working hard to move through the water despite it being the fastest jaeger. Really amazing detail
