If you want to do this without 2 seperate videos, you can just set the filler layer to ‘clipping Mask’ and have it be on a blank layer

maybe a simpler method would be to draw your second drawing on a clipping mask over a blank layer. And then fill this blank layer with black. That way you don't need any editing. This was so poorly explained I'm sorry

not easier would be to turn on both layers, first picture on top with non transparent background and then turn on mask and fill the mask with back on the video
