@sheri.hotel.gm: As a hotel general manager, This is how I prepare for incoming hotel guests, here at the Grand Hotel Spindletop, after housekeeping has cleaned all of the rooms, I go in behind them and do a second inspection, not because I don’t think they do a good a job, but to insure my front desk staff have an easy shift, with no guest complaints. I check all of the tvs, lamps, remotes, light bulbs etc, by doing this one extra step it has cut down on guest room complaints. Old does not mean dirty. #hotelroom #hotellife #hotel As a hotel general
