I push from the other end now. I tried pulling and my shoulder and side started hurting and the only heavy things I had were 2 cases of Pepsi, 10 lb bag of flower, and a 20 lb box of cat litter. And forget stopping. Even going slow it just keeps going. Walmart's motto should be if it AIN'T broke, fix it, if it IS broke, ignore it. 🙄

The new wheels are meant to be pulled by the handles, try it out! I actually prefer the new wheels over the old, much easier to handle. No brakes that don’t work and wheels that spin much easier. No more drifting if used the correct way.
