Nothing is an accident when you withhold an organs and information. It’s intentional and everything they done has a purpose to benefit them or someone. It’s disgusting.. I feel they withhold it because they probably slit his throat and he fell on something hard that’s probably how he got that blood force head trauma… threw his body in the water hoping it’ll either sink or wash away but the water spirits didn’t allow it.. someone only keep organs either to sell it or eat it IFYKYK or for someone they know who needs it ALLEGEDLY .
