Bissell has recreated this appliance 100 times, it still doesn't perform well. Vacuum and steam is the only way to get a proper clean.

it's a piece of junk, you have to replace the pads and it doesn't suck up the water just puts it on the floor doesn't clean

No. Nothing takes the place of thoroughly vacuuming then mopping separately. What happens if the vacuum misses some dirt and then the mop part sprays the floor and the wet crumbs get stuck on the rotary pads? No. Immediately no.

I have a bissell that vacuums and mops the floor but it can’t keep up with 2 German shepherds. Mine doesn’t have the spin heads though
