This might just be me talking out my ass but I feel like shipping in general strips the less popular character of their identity, especially women. They’re given a label at that point. Honestly these two are my fav ship. But I like them not just for the aesthetic, but bcz of their complex histories together and how they keep getting involved with each other. It's really beautiful and toxic, but I love it. I wish the fandom gave these women more relevance than "lesbians" or just "sexy women". These two are really OP and hide big secrets of the cosmos. And honestly I like Acheron, Black swan and Constance all together. I wish there were more interactions of them together as three during penacony quest 💔

It’s strange that no one ever makes these kinds of remarks about characters the fandom considers gay or bisexual; yall only seem to have a problem when it comes to lesbians. Anyway, I’ve never understood the point of these videos—what exactly do you expect? Do you want people constantly making videos and comments offering deep analysis of a character? Do you think every discussion about a character requires a deep dive into their psyche? I find that ridiculous. Especially with characters who left the story ages ago and about whom there isn't much left to say. Sure, I could make a few in-depth videos about a character, but then what? Yet i can keep churning out endless edits for ships. Besides, I think people would be far less inclined to bring up any character's supposed sexuality if this fandom weren't full of fucking homophobes; ultimately, it’s also a defense mechanism.
