You know what's crazy is I've been the leader who pushes my Assistants to make the plan for the day. I ask employees what they would do in certain circumstances. I got complained about by doing that and got negative feedback from my District Manager because they were saying I was too lazy and didn't take initiative

My position is weird. We are separated by a title and property specific knowledge. Im the supervisor yet we trade on call between the 2 of us. I am trying to gradually integrate new yet older than me tech into the world of its a small world apartment maintenance. It's government assisted housing yet top tier style. Sorry always have to defend the 1st part as we all get a mental idea. Think green spaces and central air.

My old company did this and moved him up. He couldn’t communicate and never let any department manager actually manage. The company still has not seen it and thinks it the employees lol.
