I am on store delivery. Some of the loading bays are tight to get in, but I enjoy overcoming the parking. Start 5am do 3 to 4 drops a day and get between £220 and £320 a day. I can't see a new pass going where we deliver to, but after a year of driving, store delivery is a good place to get experience.

I'm on 55k a year, tramping for Amazon! Sunday night until Friday morning. I average between 45 to 60 hours, I'd say 50 on average! New trucks, easy work. Can't really complain

for now I've got a good job. the pay isn't excellent (£15.56 per hr) but the job is probably the easiest in the industry . I work around 8-10 hrs per day. getting paid 50 hrs per week.

The first job you mentioned you wouldn’t be able to do a second job alongside your HGV one unless when you went back in in the morning you did a manual entry for your other job and not many employers would like that

Lorry driver is so worth it, just depends on the job as you say, I transport musicals all around the uk, my wife comes with me in the cab as she works remotely and I get paid to travel the uk and Europe and explore new places with my wife 🤷♀️it’s perfect and I get paid very well for it

0630/1700 working for a planthire firm a the Low loader no nights out doing about 50k. Sound place to work nobody chasing you boss is chilled, I'll never leave unless something changes drastically.

Hay I have been on the Lorrie’s now 44 yr still learning , know nothing and have never had to chase the moneys / high wage , I am only allowed to drive max 8 hr on a max 12 hr day & with what I am paid is more than adequate start Sunday pm finish Thursday early evening & for what I do I am more than satisfied , lots of drivers chase the moneys as they waste 2/3of it on tat for some one else’s lorry 🤟🤟
