That build is okay… dmg is not that good imma be honest hes red criting cause of r5 hot shot and tau orange, im seeing his dmg range from like 2k-14k-20k, u definitely cant bring that type of dmg to lvl cap, he would need to look into priming and a frame with him that increases mesa dmg further like citrine, wisp etc
