My kids devoured these! 🙌🏻 Zucchini Breadsticks: 1 medium zucchini, finely shredded 2 eggs 2 TBSP shredded Parmesan cheese 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning 1.5 cups flour 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp garlic powder Combine wet ingredients and dry ingredients separately then combine together into dough. Shape into breadsticks and bake at 400 degrees for 18-20 minutes. #zucchini #breadsticks #mealideas #appetizer #EasyRecipe
