My wife doesnt know it (at least i dont think she does), that i would literally lay down and die for her. She's given me everything. Children, confidence, a home, not just a house but an actual home. Have i been the man she deserves all the time? No I haven't. Am I ashamed of that? Yes I am. She has gained weight since we have been together sure, but it just makes her more motherly and attractive to me than she even could begin to fathom. She's has stretchmarks, and everything else that comes with kids. But not for one second, not for one small moment would I even dream of someone else in my life to be my partner. I'm trying to be the best man I can for her becasue she deserves so much more than I could ever begin to give. I could spend a million lifetimes trying to give her what she gave me in one.

this post plus the comment section has me in tears. such beautiful sentiments. my husband says things like this to me but I think I take it for granted sometimes. re reading them in the lives of other married people, had made me realize how special this love really is. sometimes we're too close to it to see what it is. sometimes us wives are so accustomed to being chased by our husbands that we don't really take the moment to really SEE it. this post has been a truly wonderful thing for me to experience. thank you.

My wife gave birth yesterday to the most beautiful angel ever and it made me love my wife in such a more intimate way, seeing her holding our child, seeing her being a mom and hold our baby was the most amazing sight of my life, I will die for them, they are both the most beautiful gifts from God, forever thankful for you L & V❤️

my wife has only gotten better looking and the evidence is in the amount of times she gets hit on. she has always has a fair amount of attention and to sum up how I feel about her body. its like a painting, each marking creates a story that over time is just as beautiful as the painting. they are memories of our children, sleepless nights, nausea , cravings etc
