feel their symptoms are being addressed etc. Anyone who takes the time to fill this form in will not keep coming back to update it - it will be out of date in no time so it will be even more irrelevant. Suggest this is abandoned and any surplus money sloshing around is put into training more GPs. I understood that the NHS was skint - obviously not.
