Yesterday, we started this year's traditional salt harvest at Salina Nature Reserve, gathering the freshly formed sea salt by hand and creating the first piles across the salt pans. After weeks of sun and seawater, the salt is now ready to be harvested using traditional methods, just in time for Salt Fest 2026!
