@kylegottofficial: I sucked at running last year. But I’ve ran over 600 miles in the last 12 months and I’ve gotten a lot better. Working out doesn’t make you naturally good at running, just like running doesn’t make you naturally good at lifting. The only thing that makes you good at something is doing it consistently for months or years. Don’t feel discouraged @Sarah Donahue we all start out at the bottom. It’s honestly a blessing. Because it allows you to set so many PRs as you continue to work on it. Start slow and short. Half mile to 1 mile runs in zone 2 a few days a week. Then slowly start adding in a 2 or 3 mile run. Remember though, you shouldn’t aim to run 3 miles at your 1 mile pace. The longer you go, the slower you need to go to keep your heart rate in check. Hope this helps! Get after it! 💪🏼💪🏼

Yeahhh I'm on her side. Two spinal fusions in my 20s and get migraines daily. I grew up running both as a soccer player and just for training. However, my body is no longer made for running. I'll walk and meet you at the finish a few hours later 😂
