People love to preach they understand mental illness when they don’t , mental illness manifests differently on everyone just bc i can go out and stop feeling negative doesn’t mean everyone can do that , bpd has ruined my teenage years and its still affecting my adulthood but i worked hard to achieve this inner peace and its still slipping, dont be ashamed of yourself and your struggles
