I bought a brace bumper on amazon! It keeps the wires and brackets from hitting the teeth and they just push onto the wire they help my gums a ton!

The expander was the WORST experience of my life I was so mad I couldn’t eat anything I legit cried call me dramatic but it feels gross all the food gets stuck up there I recommend a water pik flosser 10/10 will help her! 🙏🏼

Get her the ortho dots on Amazon. My 12 year old got his braces on 2 weeks ago and those have been so much better than the wax they gave him. So worth it! And the ortho floss
